Shipping Information

General Information:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, not including Holidays).
  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and tracking information will be provided to you via email.
  • Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
  • We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
  • We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.

Expected Delivery Dates:

  • All dates are estimates and may vary
  • Standard: 3-7 business days
  • Priority: 2-3 business days
  • Express: Next business days
  • Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
  • Priority delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times.
  • Signatures may be required upon delivery.
  • Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it.
  • You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
  • Transit days for all shipments are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Please note that orders over $100.00 will require signature upon delivery.
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars ($).
  • HiLoPlace charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to Georgia.
  • Your order will leave our warehouse in good condition and risk of loss passes to the shipper upon reception. If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.
