Return Policy

General Information:

These are hiloplace.com's ('HiLoPlace', 'we' or 'our') Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the HiLoPlace website. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by contacting HiLoPlace Customer Service through the methods provided on our Contact page. Any product which is not eligible for return, will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Standard Return Policy:

New or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. HiLoPlace reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "new" condition. "New" means the unopened complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.

New item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery for full refund, excluding shipping & handling charges. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back any returned products. 

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return defective item for same.

None-defective items that are opened may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery subject to a 20% restocking fee. All components, materials, and documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer.

Refused Delivery:

Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling when or if packages shipped are returned to our warehouse due to "customer refused delivery".

Absolutely no refund/exchange will be given after thirty (30) days.

Defective items are covered under the particular manufacturer's warranty and we request that you please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement of defective products.

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our location.

If you are requesting a replacement for a defective item, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.

HiLoPlace Order Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be issued a full refund. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed.
